Admin powers were abused on me: time bombs, slain, and even blinded. Was accused of spawn camping when I was killing people once they were 10-15 ft from the spawn doors. They had more than enough time to see and shoot back at me.

Before that the admins were calling team stack on me and -Night. I find it hard to believe 2 people playing together is a stack. I play with my friends to use our teamwork, not be abused by raging admins.

you moved back after being moved back by an admin. it says in chat that you were moved by an admin, and you still moved back. you also joined in with night talking crap about the server. Spawn camping was going on before any admin crap happened.

you haven't been banned before here as far as i know, but you just copy/pasted nights ban appeal. you disrespected an admin, you were being an asshole, and you we're spawn camping.

Its not about sincerity. No reason to modify much of anything since I was banned simultaneously with night under the same reasoning. I used his format since I assumed it was the proper format to appeal a ban. Could just merge the threads into a Day/Night appeal I am sure if itd be easier.

I still don't recall any actual spawn camping happening, since I know neither me or night sat anywhere for a extended period of time and locked anyone inside of their spawn. I moved since I assumed I was auto-switched until you guys spoke up about it, I don't pay much mind to the chat spam that goes on.

Your system seems kind of broken, there was no communication prior to any admin actions being taken. Which if you ask me is bad practice. No one said hey, so and so could you switch teams, or hey we are going to move you at whoevers request for this reason. Then slaying/freezing/time bomb/blinding was used, none of those tools imo are anything but abusive. Then you guys went straight to permaban, no warning kick, no temp bans.

THIS people is a reasonable argument
If this is true, I support a lift of the ban.
To any that were there, even if you said something,
I'd like to know if they responded to that warning- confirming they were aware.
I also agree that perma before temp except in obviously severe instances is excessive-
but were these bans even perma?

I noticed, no love for me, and my first "offense" too. Although the system admins use isn't standardized at all since we have so many differing opinions. I was hardly being disrespectful since the actions taken against us were harsher than necessary and definitely abusive. Its sad people cant handle a little "trash talking" in jest, and the competition of better players.

It's a game, play for the fun, don't trash talk regulars or admins. It's Zd's server, it's for the ZenDeath community and friends to be able to join and play an enjoyable game of TF2 where we have control over kicking people who are dicks, changing the map when it's getting lame, etc.
Common sense is to be nice and treat admins with respect. If the admins dis you and act harshly to you on any server in general it's best to not provoke them or to just find another server.

As much as I enjoy playing with Night, and anyone else, I'd rather not have to put up with drama while relaxing and playing a game with friends.
Move on, it's just a game. And Night, if you're going to be playing on our server with a different account, that's fine, I actually hope you do so you can have fun with us again. The Zd players who dislike you really have no reason to and now it's just out of hand, it's the stigma of your name that pisses them off. "zomg it's Night, he's too good at this game and makes it unenjoyable, ban him!!11"

If you're going to evade then don't talk shit on the server or use your name or you'll just get banned again for the same reason of "drama, ZenDeath members don't like you".

That's the way we work. Admins aren't required to give you a warning kick first. They can if they want, but if you're being an asshat then there's no reason to go through the motions if we know it's going to end up with you being banned anyway.

Admins also don't do temp bans. We permaban and then wait for an appeal. If you can't apologize for your actions then you aren't the kind of person we want on our server. If you do make an appeal, then I'll consider reducing your ban.

Considering that this was your first offense I was going to remove the ban and give you a warning, but because you seem to like badmouthing us so damn much I'm leaving the ban for one month.

When your ban expires you need to consider the following. Admin disrespect is not tolerated. You don't have to like the admins, no one is banning you for disliking the admins. You were banned for what was effectively trolling the server and trash talking it. If you don't like the server then you're free to leave. If you can't figure out how to leave, we'll help you.

If, after one month you can behave yourself and not act like a five year old then you're welcome back. If not, you'll be banned again and it won't be lifted.

P.S. Night, if your other account gets banned then don't bother making an appeal. You're already perma banned and ban evasion is not welcome. Day, same to you. If you evade the ban then both your new account and your old account will be perma banned.
